Aaron Chavez is the Superintendent of schools for the Soap Lake School District in Soap Lake, Washington. He is known for being a chainsaw carving artist as well as a innovative turn-around educational leader after successfully leading some of the most challenging school districts in the state of Washington. He is a John Maxwell certified coach, trainer and speaker and was also honored in 2002 in the prestigious Who’s who of America’s Teachers. He is the President and Founder of the United States based Gladiator Seminars & Coaching company.
