  • Trump criminal trial in NYC; Biden will debate Trump; Primary election results in WV and MD; Chiefs' kicker Harrison Butker praises "Homemakers"; Biden abortion ad
    May 18 2024

The Trump "hush money" trial in NYC is now in its 5th week. Trump's former attorney Michael Cohen was on the stand this week, attempting to give testimony that would put Trump in jail, but on cross-examination Cohen was destroyed--exposed of lying on the stand and of being a habitual liar. At this point there has been so much reversible error in this trial that the Democrats would be better off if Judge Marchan would grant a directed verdict in favor of Trump, rather than letting the Jury get the case.
Biden said he'll debate Trump on June 27 and Sept. 10, but he wants no audience, and he wants to control Trump's mic, and he wants his Trump-hating friends, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash to moderate the debate.
The House voted to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt for failure to turn over tapes of Pres. Biden's interviews by DOJ attorney Hurr.
West Virginia Gov. Justice won the Republican primary for U.S. Senate over my friend Alex Mooney. I n Maryland former Gov. Larry Hogan won the Rep. nomination for U. S. Senate. Hogan will face a lady named Alsobrooks, who defeated Congressman David Trone in the primary. Trone spent millions, but still lost. My friend Neil Parrot won the Republican nomination for 6th District in Congress, running for the seat vacated by David Trone.
Kansas City Chiefs' kicker, Harrison Butker gave a commencement speech praising his wife as a "Homemaker." This drew sharp criticism for the woke Left, including a statement from the NFL distancing themselves from Butker. But Butker's jersey #7 is now the best selling Chiefs jersey.
Joe Biden has a new pro-abortion ad. He's playing his Ace to try to stop Trump.

  • Trump's Hush Money Trial in NYC--several reversible errors taking place; this may be helping Trump
    May 9 2024

Multiple reversible errors are occurring in the NYC hush money trial against Donald Trump. The Judge should not have allowed irrelevant and prejudicial testimony from Stormy Daniels. The Judge should have recused himself. The Judge should have dismissed the case for not stating a valid cause of action against Trump. And the Judge's gag order against Trump is unconstitutional and unfair against Trump. There are so many problems with this case that it may cause increased support for Trump, as the government is improperly out to get him.
Pres, Biden's attempt to please Israel and to please Biden's supporters who hate Israel is leading Biden to be double-minded and weak. Israel has vowed to continue its war against the Hamas with or without support from the US. Many US Senators and Representatives are furious with Biden about this.
Pro-Hamas and Anti-Israel protests on college campuses in America are causing most Americans to be concerned. These protests appear to be largely supported by people interested in causing chaos and disruption, not legitimate, informed protest.
The Classified Documents case in Florida (against Trump) has now been postponed for several reasons, including that the documents themselves appear to have been either changed or put out of order. Further, the NYC hush money trial against Trump is going so long as to require the Florida trial to have to be postponed. Similarly, the Georgia trial is on hold because a Georgia appellate court is reviewing whether DA Fawnie Willis needs to be disqualified, and the D.C. January 6th case is on hold waiting a ruling from the Supreme Court on presidential immunity.

  • Supreme Court hearing on Presidential immunity from criminal prosecution; widespread protests for the Hamas and against Israel and the US
    Apr 27 2024

There was an important hearing before the US Supreme Court on April 25th in the District of Columbia criminal trial against Trump. It is clear that the Supreme Court will reverse the decision of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals that said that Trump had no immunity from criminal prosecution. The ruling should come down in late June. This will likely result in a delay in that criminal trial until after the November presidential election.
There have been widespread pro-Hamas demonstrations on college campuses which are threatening Jewish students. These are disgraceful, ignorant and offensive. The far left radicals in American universities are showing that the so-called institutes of higher learning--including Harvard, Yale, NYU, Columbia, and Berkeley--are succeeding at teaching students to be Marxists and terrorists, rather than patriotic and educated people.
