Nice one Matt
I’ve been following Matt on YouTube for a few months now, and mainly thanks to him I have rejoined my gym so I can finally build my dream body. I’m even getting a personal trainer! As someone who has spent years being stuck in the starve-binge cycle, it meant so much to hear of Matt’s own experience with the same problem, and overcame it. I’ve given myself 12 months to lose body fat and get ripped whilst not letting myself feel guilty for eating that donut every now and then. This is a really good audiobook by someone who really knows what he’s talking about, and well worth your time if you want a realistic idea of what you need to do to be healthy and fit.

It was ok
I really like Matt. And like his YouTube channel. The book had some great information regarding dieting and his journey. However, he mentioned a few times about having a word count and I think it showed. It felt padded out. Even with the padding, it wasn’t the longest book. I think the story telling could have been improved and gone into more detail about his journey, as that’s the main reason I wanted to get the book. Overall, I think the content was interesting and helpful and I’m looking forward to how Matt improves in his next book.

Like a protein shake for the brain
To be honest, although I love Matt, I thought this book would be trash. It’s not. It’s awesome.
I learnt stuff and even the bits I already knew were delivered in a really interesting way.
Loved the Matt personality shining through too.
Highly recommend and very highly recommend for teenagers and people new to training.

An Entertaining, no bs approach
Trimming the fat off the fitness industry!
Having followed Matt for a while, figuratively speaking, I knew a lot of the points he discussed already. But it was great to hear them in a single and well layed out format.
Not gonna lie though, the bloopers were one of my favourite parts!

A simple and very doable way to better yourself
Very informative and funny at the same time. Matt gives some very useful and highly practical tips that anyone can infuse into their lives to make a difference. The beauty of the thing is the advice doesn't just adhere to fitness but to life as a whole. Recommended!
