Publisher's Summary

I was supposed to have it all.

I’d been prom queen and cheer captain—high school’s most savage Queen Bee. I could have everything I wanted.

Except them. The freaks, the weirdos, the school’s ultimate losers: Manson, Jason, Lucas, and Vincent. Our hatred for each other couldn’t keep us apart, not even when my own mistake got Manson expelled and made me the ultimate villain to the rest of them.

One night was supposed to be enough.

I couldn’t resist forever. For one night, I gave myself over to the men I wasn’t supposed to want and satisfied the darkest parts of my soul. But some things are meant to stay in the dark. One night and it was over.

Nothing more than a game.

Now, with college behind me, our worlds collide yet again. Four men, all willing to share me as their plaything until my debt to them is paid. Another game to satiate my dark cravings, the twisted rules of which bring us all even closer than before. But games aren’t meant to last.

When the debt is paid and the game is done, what if I don’t want to walk away?

Losers: Part 1 is book one in the Losers duet. Although not required, it is recommended to listen to the novella The Dare before listening to Losers: Part 1.

Contains mature content.

Absolutely LOVED this!!

First time listening to an audio book..... LOVED IT! It brought the characters to life that little bit more by hearing what they sound like. Will definitely be listening to part 2.
Excellent job to the narrators who brought Jess, Manson, Lucas, Jason and Vincent to life
Harley Laroux books 10/10 on 🌶🌶🌶

Love the story. Bad narration

I LOVE this book! It’s a dark story, super spicy, super emotional. So well written, everything Harley Laroux writes is fantastic. But, the narration really out me off listening unfortunately. Jackie Kelso is great and did a great job of The Dare. But J Tipstone just isn’t right for this role. His voice is much older than the characters and it makes it hard to connect with the characters. I’m always an audiobook girl but think I’ll stick to the paperback version of this one

Great story. Didn't love the male narrator

This is a great spice story with one of the best character development growth I've heard. I wish the audio was all narrated by Jaclyn, she did an amazing job in The Dare and here as well. I connected more to the voice she gave the guys. I listen to the male parts in 1.25 speed, he sounded like reading his parts were a tedious chore. I didn't connect to the voice he gave the male characters in the book, but I still think it's worth the listen. I'll read the next book (part 2)

LOVED

I don't know why I waited so long to listen to this. This story had me in a hold that captured my full attention and kept me wanting to listen constantly. I LOVE the individual connections the main (f) character had with each person, the female narrator was incredible and suited the role so well. I don't understand why everyone's hating on the male narrator - I thought he was fantastic also.

I can see why this was so high on the rating for Erica's bookshelf. Harley I'm going to snort up all your books

look I must say Macens voice could have used a bit more work. he sounded crazy. but I liked Vincents a lot!

Great male narration

I’m here to add a counter opinion to the negative male narration reviews.

I really loved him. The way he was able to come up with 4 completely separate voices for the MMCs without any of them being cringey was astounding! Vincent and Jason were especially unique.

And, my gawd, that man can bring a spice scene to LIFE! All the heart eyes! 😮‍💨😍

Yes, he sounded older. But I’m not mad about it. Maybe because I’m in my 30s, I don’t particularly want to listen to anyone too young, talk me through the kind of kink in this book.

If anything, the female narration was, at times, a bit robotic/ AI with her precise articulation.

I loved this duet and “The dare” novella. Couldn’t put them down.

The male narrator is NOT it.

So I've been hearing the hype about these books and when this one came up as the daily deal I thought it would be a great chance to see what the fuss is about. But I'm dnf-ing the audiobook to go get the kindle version because the male narrator is so bad. I agree with other reviewers that he sounds too old for the characters (his voice made me picture a 65 year old man) and his cadence when reading is just off. I got to the first 'spicy' scene and it was just a big ick solely due to his voice. So yeah, I'm on Ch 6 and intrigued by the rest if the story, but I'm going to have to read it not listen to it. And the most frustrating thing is I can't even get a refund because it wasn't bought with a credit. Oh well...
