Publisher's Summary
Anxiety isn't all bad; there are healthy forms of it - caution, concern, vigilance - but unhealthy anxiety can prevent you from really living your life. The first step to stopping hurtful anxiety is admitting that people and situations don't make you anxious - you do, by letting unrealistic expectations rule your life. This program provides dozens of ways to stop sabotaging yourself by bringing the power of your rational mind to bear on the irrational anxieties that control your behavior. It includes methods of thinking, feeling, and acting plus scores of maxims you can use to minimize your anxiety and maximize your prospects for success and happiness.

Excellent
Everything by Ellis is good. And the narrator does have a good voice also. A good short primer on REBT for anxiety. You may also want to buy the book for a much more comprehensive read.
