"Goldsmith is my hero!"
I highly recommend this book to anyone in the fields of consulting or coaching. Marshall Goldsmith takes his decades of experience and presents them to you on a silver platter. Goldsmith is one of the most generous thought leaders of our time. A must read!
Make no mistake, this isn't a self help book. There are exercises that seems self developmental and it is, however all of his examples were with top executives or in his personal life. As much as one would agree with his point, the challenge is in identify the triggers and applying his teachings.
"Great life and business advice"
There is something in here for all of us. An old book but the main concepts haven't aged. I've taken ideas from this and I'm going to apply to my work and coaching. I think I'll get the hard copy to take more notes first....
A brilliantly helpful guide to improving leadership and your life. Practical and insightful and at times makes you laugh aloud
"This is the one I was looking for!"
I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to move up to the next level. Captivated me throughout. First reading was hard....identified myself in many examples! However, it gets better the more you read. Don't turn the page if you are not ready to take a critical look inside you and at what is holding you back...but if you are, then you are in the right place.
