This short book will be the most beneficial for any vegan bodybuilder wanting to make it to the stage. I cut to the chase and define the proper training and diet a vegetarian must have based on how strict they are. I recognize the discipline involved in the vegetarian diet, and there's no reason that the same discipline can't be applied to supplementation and specialized training, which is significantly different form the meat-eater-type bodybuilder.
