One morning, they find a man at a table with a pair of scissors protruding from his chest - and now it’s up to feisty redheaded Siobhán to solve the crime and save her beloved brood.

In Murder at an Irish Wedding (book 2), Siobhán and her five siblings have their plates full catering a celebrity wedding. But the celebratory mood suddenly turns sober when the best man is found murdered in the woods.

In Murder in an Irish Churchyard (book 3), Siobhán has accepted her calling and has decided to join the Garda Síochána. But her first case brings Macdara Flannery back into her life....

Series out of order

As others have said this bundle is way out of order and it’s FRUSTRATING. Stories though are quaint, entertaining and well told.

Brilliant and Funny

Great stories with possibly the best narrator of a book I’ve heard. My husband and I listened and laughed to these books every chance we got.

Book 5 instead of book 1

Great narration and stories. Easy to listen & engaging. Frustration over book one actually being book five and that’s the reason for the three stars overall. I called Audible and received another credit for the inconvenience.

Just what I needed!

From the moment I heard the wonderful narrator's voice, I was drawn into this novel. The story is as good as the narration and I loved every minute of it!
I wanted to escape into a story with great characters, romance, and a good plot, and this delivered. 💗

Good strong likable characters including the criminals.

No nonsense. No gimmicks. Just focuses on human stories that remind me of the oddities and loyalties of the people in my own community.

THE BOOKS ARE NOW IN THE RIGHT ORDER..

So many reviews mention this; I bought the first book thinking it wasn't a part of this and ended up returning it and buying this bundle.
I didn't enjoy these much at all. The characters are not very likeable, even the protagonist. The stories were convoluted but unengaging. A tiny thing, but it really irked me, the phrase 'shut your gob', 'closed my gob' etc, or reference to 'cake-holes' is really unattractive. There's a reason this slang has gone out of fashion, and I wouldn't be riddling my books with it if I were the author. The writing generally is pretty uninspired.
It doesn't work as a literary who-dunnit but also doesn't fit the 'cosy' mystery genre either (which is what I was after) as it's very difficult to identify or like the characters.
She's gone to so much trouble working out these murder mysteries so that you are kept guessing. Maybe it does that, but it doesn't manage to keep you entertained. :(

Nice set of stories

Forewarned that the books were not in the right order, I purchased book 1 first. Then skipped to the second title in the set . finally went back to the start for book 5. A bit of work but it made the stories flow. I enjoyed the books and thoroughly enjoyed the narrator. It was not hard to lose yourself in these.

Don't buy this bundle!!!

This isn't book 1-3 It's actually book 5 first then book two. Really enjoyed the first book but when book 2 started I realised something was wrong. The main character is a police officer in the first and engaged and in the second not a police officer and not engaged .
How Annoying!!
