The analogies are long winded and mostly irrelevant. It becomes boring and loses the purpose.

The analogies are long winded and mostly irrelevant. It becomes boring and loses the purpose. Also some statements are not true, for example it says most of the food that you crave for in reality have no taste, and that what gets added on makes it tasty. Well, whatever is added to give a food that distinct taste is what makes up of that food. If I am craving pizza it is because I love the taste and the smell of pizza. No one eats just the plain dough of pizza. So what does that statement mean.
Overall I am disappointed as it didn’t even tempt me to finish the book.

Interesting

This was an interesting read, and I took away some good points to reflect on, but some of the analogies and claims were really poor, unsupported and unscientific. As a motivational text it’s ok, but the ‘science’ in it is questionable.
