Sheri Glucoft Wong, LCSW is a San Francisco Bay Area family therapist and parenting expert who counsels and speaks to hundreds of parents every year, both in her own practice and at public and private schools, medical and mental health centers, law firms, businesses, nonprofits, and religious organizations across California. She served as the resident parenting coach for Apple, Gymboree, and Genentech, and has trained health care professionals at the Stanford Medical Center and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital. Sheri lectures at universities including Stanford, UC Berkeley, and UC San Francisco, consulted with faculty at Yale University’s Center for Emotional Intelligence, and was a featured speaker at the “Pediatrics in the Pandemic Age” national conference for pediatricians. Her parenting advice has been showcased in the media, including KTVU television in San Francisco, The Wall Street Journal, The San Francisco Chronicle, and The Huffington Post.
