Sara Blanchard is the co-founder and co-host of the award winning weekly podcast Dear White Women, which helps White women use their privilege to uproot systemic racism. Sara is a facilitator, writer, speaker and equity coach who helps communities build connections through conscious conversations. Sara is a Harvard graduate who worked at Goldman Sachs, and chose a different path when her father suddenly passed away. She is a certified life coach who is passionate about exploring the intersection of well-being and equity, taking on projects that include helping to teach positive psychology at Harvard, authoring the book Flex Mom, giving a TEDx talk, facilitating meaningful conversations about race, and supporting campaigns that showcase stories of those in marginalized communities. Sara is the daughter of a Japanese immigrant, is married to a White Canadian man, and is raising their two White-presenting daughters to be compassionate, thoughtful advocates. They live in Denver, Colorado with their incredibly lovable dog.
