A Chicago native, Nallely takes great pride in being homegrown. She is the first one in her family to attend college and received her MBA in Information Technology and Operations Management, while building her career within PepsiCo, MillerCoors, and across other consumer packaged goods companies. Her practice and expertise ranges from leading national sales teams, driving the strategy for international companies, and coaching future leaders and tenured professionals. Nallely has been coaching for most of her professional career and, in 2019, left corporate America to let her passion drive her professional career. She believes that everyone has what they need to be successful, and she can help elevate and augment her clients' professional careers and experience. She also shares her experience and provides coaching through her weekly podcast, Corporate Cafecito. Nallely also co-authored a booked called Pencils Down focused on helping people transition careers. A mentor and leader, she has coached politicians, CEO’s, and emerging leaders. She has been invited to speak as an industry expert, a mom, and a Latina in the corporate world. A source of pride for her is being visible to other Latines, since there were not many people who looked like her as she established herself in the business world. Nallely’s experience has been one of continuous exploration, resilience, and determination. She believes everyone should "lift as you climb" and celebrate all of our success as individuals and a collective group.
