Mark Steven Filkey is the senior pastor and founder of WestCoast World Outreach Church, a multicultural, interdenominational ministry located in the beautiful delta city of Stockton, California. He also oversees a large number of churches across the United States and around the world. Mark is a gifted praise and worship leader, songwriter, musician, recording artist, producer, motivational speaker, philanthropist, life coach, and mentor to many. He and his wife, Jordana, are well-respected pastors, international conference speakers, and psalmists.
