Margot Kahn is the author of a biography, Horses That Buck: The Story of Champion Bronc Rider Bill Smith (University of Oklahoma Press), and the poetry chapbook A Quiet Day with the West on Fire (Floating Bridge Press). Together with Kelly McMasters she is co-editor of two anthologies--the New York Times Editors’ Choice This Is the Place: Women Writing About Home (Seal/Hachette) and the national bestseller Wanting: Women Writing About Desire (Catapult).
