MJ Boshers is an American author and songwriter. She lives in Hartselle, Alabama where the countryside fuels her imagination. Writing in the fantasy, paranormal, and young adult genres, MJ hopes to take her readers to new and exciting worlds. With music being another passion for her, she tries to add it in her novels when she can. Living in the South all her life gives her the knowledge to add a southern flair to her books. MJ hopes to give back to her community by empowering young women to stay motivated and to never give up on their dreams. She began writing in college where she studied graphic design. One of her favorite quotes is by Mark Twain, "Courage is the resistance of fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear." MJ loves to curl up in front of the TV and watch her favorite shows, which includes the Vampire Diaries and The Originals.
