Julian Hermsen, born in 1987, is a psychologist (M.Sc.), coach and consultant based in Essen. After graduating, he worked as a consultant for managers and in change processes, but quickly realized that he was looking for answers to the big questions in life. Extensive journeys took him to the strongholds of Buddhist wisdom from Tibet to Thailand, where he asked seekers, monks and scholars about the secret of a meaningful life. The answers were the starting point for his personal transformation, but also for his holistic coaching approach, which he uses to advise clients today. With his first work "The Millionaire and the Monk" Julian Hermsen immediately reached a large readership.
