I was born in the District of Columbia, from a low middle class community, to poor family house hold, who as a kid always had problems with keeping my mind on something. I forget things important, like remembering one or two things my mother or aunt will send me to the store to get. Maybe it was because being nervous most of the time, by implanting things in my mind I might have see, or heard about, that were negative around my community. As I grow confrontation came with my growth, from all angles, from some members of my family, friends, community, and school. Which allowed me to take things that I saw on television, help me create images of characters in my mind that I fantasized about, that help block out other things I did not have control of. As I grow older into a teenager, my strength came from following lifestyles around the communities I lived around. Things I was taught to watch out for, that can entrap you, that it will condition you for the rest of your life. By growing those things we were told not to do became a cool thing to be a part of, where they had became a conditioned part of our life from my communities, that time allow me to see it was a world thing. Which allowed us to make bad decisions, that at those times they were exciting decisions where the crowd thought they were cool, or a bad ass. Something that most had to pay with their life, by being incarcerated for life, or lost of life, that most thought we would not reach the age of twenty-five. My writing is the signature of who I am, tell in it my life, for those to see education do not have anything with comprehensions. Understanding where you at, and what's going on explain life for those to get a better understanding in what is being said. Is one reason I like my books the way they are. What make a person take on a limited lifestyle that have nothing but destructive ways? Was it because of the society they came from? Or was it the things they saw on television that most imitated as a way to be cool? Just those things made me seek out for other avenues to develop my skills in a lifestyle that was gone to be the cause of my destruction, or be the way to my success, but however I look at it, it was what our society had for us to imitate. See some things are implanted in our minds, then it become a natural way to function by, and if you try to shake loose from it, it seem like everywhere you go that lifestyle follow you, until you hit a dead end, and decide to fight it back. That's when things change in your life, but by that time, you had went through the mill of all kinds of mistake that we call experience. Maybe that saying is true, that experience is the best teacher! Because time had went throughout your life with plenty of experience! Take care
