Christy Heady is a creative non-fiction writer, consultant and speaker. She recently co-authored a book with New York City Mayor Edward I. Koch, Buzz: How to Create It and Win With It. Heady is passionate about working with authors and writers and helping them learn how to bridge the gap between starving artist and bestselling author. This mission comes from her success as a national financial journalist and author of three Complete Idiot's Guide books: The Complete Idiot's Guide to Making Money on Wall Street, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Managing Your Money, and The Complete Idiot's Guide to Making Money in the New Millennium. Almost half a million copies of all editions of her books have been sold since 1994. Heady is a member of the Author's Guild, the South Carolina Writers Workshop and the Women's National Book Association. Her work has been featured on Redroom.com and FiledBy, both popular Web sites for readers and writers.
