Debbie Pierce (who writes under the pen name Caleigh O'Shea) intended to be a musician. Instead, she became a journalist, drug sales rep, and web designer. The link among these diverse occupations? Communication, something she’s been doing as far back as she can remember. An avid reader, she wrote poetry and short stories as a child but turned to her current mystery/suspense fiction more than a decade ago. Debbie holds a B.A. degree in English and Journalism from the University of Mississippi. She maintains a blog, two websites, and a presence on Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Goodreads. Besides writing, some of her other interests include playing tennis, watching college football, learning the flute, mindless adult coloring, beading one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces, and spoiling her recently graduated son and their Sheltie.
