Anselm Oelze was born in 1986 in Erfurt, Germany. He studied Philosophy, Political Science and Philosophical Theology at Freiburg and Oxford. After gaining his PhD from Humboldt University Berlin, he was a researcher and teaching fellow at the University of Helsinki and at the LMU Munich.
