Aly’s 25 years of experience in high-performance design has ranged from individual net zero buildings to strategic portfolio decarbonization. His expertise includes sustainable, low carbon and passive building design; renewable energy and decarbonization strategy; operational resilience planning; smart buildings and smart cities; and digital solutions development. Aly has led sustainability strategy for global real estate portfolios, NASA’s Net Zero, LEED Platinum “Sustainability Base,” Beijing’s LEED Platinum World Finance Center; Spaceport America (the world’s first commercial Spaceport); Jurong Lake eco-city and Tianjin eco-city; and many of the world’s most sustainable sports venues, including Golden1Center, Intuit Dome, Al Wakraj Stadium, and the Los Angles 2028 Olympic bid.
