Tired of wellness books that make you feel like you're failing at life? Meet Sweat Now, Nap Later—the book that knows you said "I'll start Monday" (and didn't), that your gym membership doubles as emotional support, and that your workout plan is just a Pinterest board of good intentions. It's silly, snarky, and secretly healing—like a laugh with your funniest friend who also gets it. No guilt. No shame. Just real talk about trying, napping, and showing up in sweatpants. Grab your copy, put your feet up, and remember: you're not broken. You're just human. And that's gloriously enough.

While the Apostle Paul was in prison facing his second trial, he wrote to his disciple Timothy and asked him to bring Mark with him and come to Rome. Mark, he said, was useful to him for the ministry. Most scholars think this is the same Mark who wrote the gospel. It seems that Luke, Timothy, Mark, and probably others were with Paul until his execution about AD 67. Mark stayed in Rome where there was a growing number of believers - some in Caesar’s own household. To help instruct the new believers, Mark wrote about what he learned from Peter, Barnabas, and Paul.
