Founders at Work: Stories of Startups' Early Days is a collection of interviews with founders of famous technology companies about what happened in the very earliest days. These people are celebrities now. What was it like when they were just a couple friends with an idea? Founders like Steve Wozniak (Apple), Caterina Fake (Flickr), Mitch Kapor (Lotus), Max Levchin (PayPal), and Sabeer Bhatia (Hotmail) tell you in their own words about their surprising and often very funny discoveries as they learned how to build a company.

Peter Cunningham has been looking for inspiration for his novel - that is, when he isn’t teaching at the local women’s prison, walking his dog, getting high, and wondering whether it’s time to tie the knot with his college girlfriend. It's a well known fact that H.P. Lovecraft was a horribly racist man, and that some of his earliest stories reflect that particular worldview. This can make it awkward for those who would like to listen to his work and see what all the fuss is about but don't want to have to wade through the putrid swamp of his views on people of color and immigrants. In response to this issue, I have put together this collection of the H.P. Lovecraft short stories written between 1917 and 1923, but with the omission of the really racist ones.

"Love and Friendship" is a short epistolary novel by Jane Austen, written in 1790, when Austen was just 14 years old. The story is told through a series of letters between the characters, primarily the protagonist, Laura, and her close friend, Isabel. The novel is a satirical take on the romantic fiction of the time, with Laura's escapades and misadventures serving as a critique of the societal norms of the day. The story follows Laura's attempts to navigate the social scene and find a suitable husband, which leads to a series of humorous and ridiculous situations.

"Love and Freindship" [sic] is a juvenile story by Jane Austen, dated 1790. From the age of 11 until she was 18, Austen wrote her tales in three notebooks. These still exist, one in the Bodleian Library and the other two in the British Museum. They contain, among other works, "Love and Freindship", written when she was 14, and "The History of England", written when she was 15.
