Centuries ago, a clean, endless power source was discovered coursing through space. We found a way to harness it and life became easy - no more struggling. Without warning, a technologically advanced alien race came along and just took it away. We took electricity for granted. Just another bill, sitting on the counter waiting to be paid. Until it's gone. Billions perished. Frozen to death in their homes. Starved when manufacturers and farmers couldn't produce enough food. We'd built a helpless civilization dependent on universal power.

The Great Blackness is coming. The dimensions are collapsing, and life across the universe will end, or, at least the form as we know it will never be the same. The ruthless Scarab have a plan, but it’s inhumane, unthinkable, and it would probably work. A mysterious door stands in the middle of the desert lands of ancient Kemet. Behind it, answers about the universe that many seek are hidden - even answers to questions no one has thought to ask. Choices will be made - people will die.
