Ella has officially hit rock bottom.

After getting dumped by her girlfriend and soon-to-be ex-boss, Ella's thirties have her feeling lost. In an attempt to cheer her up, her best friend colludes with her mother to send her to Sandy Springs, a wellness retreat on a remote Portuguese island.
