Mated to The Fae King

Almost a thousand years have passed since King Altair of the Fae kingdom Alnembra was cursed by Maaz, a Bloodbane witch. A beast by day and a Fae man by night, Altair is desperate to find the Key. Now, the curse has almost run its course, but not before he discovers the existence of a woman who could break the curse and save him and his people. Verity Chastain lives a normal life in New York City. On her wedding day, a beast swoops down from the sky to carry her into a world of fantasy and magic. Disbelieving and stubborn, Verity struggles to accept her new reality.

With Verity lost to the enemy, Altair must find allies within the Fae realm who are willing to defy one of the old gods. The war rages and Altair is on the losing side. Only ancient secrets and lost knowledge can help him defeat Sadal. Power and magic are growing inside Verity, and she knows she must learn to use them in order to save herself, and hopefully Altair. 

Altair wants two things: to save his kingdom Alnembra from its shadowy enemies, and to be free to love the woman he chooses. He may not succeed in either. Verity escaped from the Ether, determined to defeat the Dark God who imprisoned her and be reunited with Altair. Now, she faces new enemies and the terrible truth of Altair’s fate, now that he slipped from her fingers.

In the culmination of this epic series, Verity and Altair must travel with allies and enemies into the Ether to confront their greatest adversary yet. Verity is uncertain her skills will be enough to defeat the evil that awaits them. She’s lost everyone important to her already, and now she risks losing Altair, the only love she’s ever known. The only thing on Altair’s mind is Verity’s safety, but he knows she’ll risk her life to make sure they defeat the Shades.
