In the land of Grand Albion, six magickal guilds compete for the chance to rule. But hidden plots make the contest unfair. The strongest guilds are about to wipe out the weakest ... A young orphan called Jed finds himself adopted by the crumbling Guild of Leaf. With skin as tough as bark, and the strength of a mighty oak, he has to learn to harness his powers, before he is thrown into battle for his guild's survival. With the help of some new friends, Jed has to find a way to save his guild family and country from the clutches of the power-hungry Lord Cromwell and Lady Ireton.

Jed Greenleaf is looking forward to his second Arthanfest tournament, but then disaster strikes, throwing the whole kingdom into utter turmoil – the Queen is kidnapped!
