The old bridge keeper's cottage changes everything.

Inside a sealed wall, Nora finds a bundle of letters and a brass compass that belonged to a man who surveyed the Aldgate Bridge in 1893 and then, by all accounts, simply disappeared from the historical record. That night, the cottage takes her back to find him.
