Nicole’s gymnastics career has been her life, but a devastating injury threatens to end it all. Facing the possibility of losing her dreams and her scholarship, Nicole must discover the true meaning of resilience and self-care.

Innocent when it comes to guys, Nicole has always prioritized gymnastics and academics, leaving little time for boys or dating. Her v-card is still intact, and she’s never let distractions get in her way.

Jeremy, the star catcher for Jefferson University’s baseball team, has always found girls easy to come by. He’s mastered the art of compartmentalizing women, school, and his sport. Women don’t play a role beyond satiating his basic needs. He doesn’t date and has never given his heart away. Relationships have never been his thing; he enjoys the company of women who understand the score. With dreams of playing in the majors, he can’t afford distractions.

But when he meets Nicole in physical therapy, he’s captivated by the determined gymnast who makes him work for her attention. For the first time, Jeremy has to fight for something more than just the game.
