Faery Academy of QuillSnap

A hidden invitation. A magical academy. One night to prove she belongs.

Tansy WaterSprite has spent far too long being told where she can go, what she can eat, and what she is allowed to believe. Then a talking lady beetle arrives with an impossible message: Tansy was accepted at birth to the Faery Academy of QuillSnap.

One daring escape and a dragonfly ride through the Rainbow Easement later, Tansy enters a hidden realm more dazzling than anything she has ever imagined - a world of glittering waterfalls, enchanted creatures, magical lessons, butterflies, secret passageways, and first-year students training to become full-fledged faeries.

There is only one problem: Tansy is completely unprepared. Her invitation was hidden, her faery manual went unread, and the Night of the Purple Moon is almost here. To earn her place at the academy, she must learn quickly, trust new friends, and face a once-a-year magical test that could send her straight back to the Human Realm.

But the danger Tansy thought she escaped has followed her into QuillSnap. An old enemy has returned with plans for the academy - and Tansy may be the key to stopping her. If she can trust her instincts and find the courage she never knew she had, she may finally discover why she was chosen... and what really happened to her mother.

Night of the Purple Moon is Book One of the Faery Academy of QuillSnap series, a whimsical fantasy for readers who love magical schools, fairy realms, enchanted creatures, friendship, courage, and adventure.
