Nate Mercer had every intention of leading a perfectly normal life in a drastically altered world. Known as Augments, these gifted humans have only brought destruction as they engage in global battles for control. Jordon and his Outcasts succeeded in driving Ral Tor back before he could unleash the power of destruction on Taldora or the multiverse, but in doing so, his son took up his mantle, eager to seize power in the vacuum that had been left.

Jordon is a Dungeon Master, and he liked to think that he was a decent one, after a whole year of writing and running his own home-brewed campaign. He just didn’t think he was so good at it that he could actually write a Fallen God into existence - a God that was hellbent on destroying the multiverse. Now, Jordon descends through the Cadinari Stream, and into a world of his own creation, finding that the life of an Adventurer is much more than improv and dice rolls. And Taldora, that world he had only seen in his dreams, is full of more wonders and mystery.
