Written by the evangelist John Mark, a traveling companion of both the Apostle Peter and Saint Paul, the Gospel of Mark is believed to be a compilation of the sermons of Peter. The book of Revelation, the Apostle John's heavenly vision while on the island of Patmos, clearly depicts Jesus as King of Kings, Lord of Lords, and the Beginning and the End of all things forever.
