Welcome to “We Go There”, where there is no such thing as TMI. Why? Because there is no such thing as having "too much information" when it comes to your health and wellness. Information and knowledge is power, period. And feeling empowered is everything. Many of us are living similar experiences, and yet we often feel alone, or even worse - shameful about what we perceive to be an embarrassing problem. When we are embarrassed, we stay silent.
