Psychologize U is a weekly, hour-long podcast about mental health. Dr. Ritch Hall and Frank Baker are practicing therapists with a passion for helping people deal with mental health issues. The two have been best friends since graduate school when they bonded over Batman and palm pilots. They want to crush the stigma about mental health and help people learn to cope with all sorts of psychological challenges. This podcast is not intended to be psychological, or medical assessment, diagnosis, or intervention.
