This book is all about being in a band in the 1970s and 1980s and features Paul Anthony Cooke who rose to fame with the band Sade in 1984. Along with his bass partner from the same city of Hull Paul Denman these two musicians literally took London by storm from 1980 to 1984 accumulating in the album Diamond Life by Sade selling over 10 Million copies.
