We get caught up in life, we keep running the same patterns that have us running on the mouse wheel and think this is who we are. What if you stop? Will the world stop? Will people think less of you? As a natural therapist for over 24 years, I have consistently heard these comments from my clients and I help them to see the world differently. I assist them to release the invisible belief systems, emotions and events from the past that are still controlling them.
