Layla Jones believed in only three words: Whatever it takes. Those words were drummed into her head from the time of her first memory. There was no other cause but the mission. Dr. William Arnold (Arn) woke up with a start. The dreams had returned. They were always the same, an apocalyptic scene. He went to the bathroom and wiped the sweat from his body. Several years ago, he encountered a strange artifact that was slowly de-aging an older man. As the man faded into the relic, he told Arn they were interested in him. In the years since, the dreams would occasionally haunt him. The sight of Stella, the dog bequeathed to him.
