Finding your ray of sunshine can be hard to find, in the world that live in today. Life will bring you down, people will try to quiet you and you will be critiqued for everything that you do. Keep finding for that ray of sunshine, don't let anyone tell you differently. Keeping shining, keep using your voice, keep standing up for what is right and don't let nothing change you. Finding the ray of sunshine, is finding peace with yourself and the mistakes you made past and present. You have purpose and don't let nothing change that.

The beginning of a story which started in Mykolaiv, Ukraine, to now. Everything I have been through; it has inspired me. All the experiences I have written about currently and what I will write about in the future. I’m using everything I go through to help others.

Walking into a fire era of standing up for myself, no more second chances either. The ruthless of truth about to be told, no more bottling everything up. I quietly carried everything and now I am releasing the weight off my shoulders . I will no longer allow anyone to walk all over me or think they can control me. I set my boundaries and I am not changing them. This life is walking into the salty era of standing up for myself. The era of fire of no regrets. Finally letting the past go, took forever to get here, but I finally cut all the ties that were attached to me.

Learning to heal from past experiences that will never go away, you just learn to be okay with it. Memories you would like to forget, and memories you would like to keep that always gets overshadowed. Healing from survival mode and many trauma experiences can take years. You may never fully heal, but you learn to be more gentle with yourself in the process.

Finally letting the past go, took forever to get here, but I finally cut all the ties that were attached to me. The only impression I am leaving is the one with back facing my past, while I am walking towards my future. My butterfly/flower tattoo has a new meaning. A dedication when my grandfather passed away, but now the flower represents my past and the butterfly wing represents the future that I am flying to. The flower has to bloom, to provide energy to the butterfly to move on with life. The spring is the strongest version of past, but more wiser. My future only has what I need to move ...

‘Flowers”, is a metaphor of God is preparing you infant of the ones who broke you. Who didn’t appreciate you and threw you away like a piece of trash. That type of karma is coming around. You don’t throw away a good person with good intentions and you think to get away with it. The one who is asset of the company either makes or breaks the company. A hard lesson many will learn, the asset can go anywhere they want. Once decided that isn’t not with it. You need to start counting your days. What was beautiful, from the bloom with many different colors to one who held everything ...

Everything we go through is supposed to lead us somewhere. The choice is up to you. If you want life to lead you where you need to be, or be stuck on past mistakes. Mistakes teaches us lessons that stay with us. Pink Roses came back from the thorns. Thorns representing mistakes and Pink Roses representing lessons. My healing journey hasn't been easy, but I always try to remain humble, kind and respectful. I love the Lord, and I am thankful for everything he has done for me. That his only son gave his life for me. You can't hold a grudge and stay mad forever, because it only hurts you in the end. Sharing my life journey, with my ups and downs, I would rather be honest then to hide every flaw I have. I am thankful for the support, and to be where I am today. I always trusted God with what plan he had for me, but I had to learn to not control everything either. I hope this story I share, inspires others to...

Sonyachne Svitlo (Sunshine), being born in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. Being adopted at two years old, flying from Ukraine to The United States Of America took seven days. My book of days, a story to share, the up's and down's. The journey had to start somewhere, many life experiences that were inspirational, while many were lessons learned. The sunshine wasn't based on cloudy day, it was based on how each individual got through a difficult day or time. You can't let life get you down, either you have to go with the flow, or remain strong. Each moment is not only cherished but a moment that teaches us...

My model show, which each podcast is the runway through each moment in my life. From the highs and lows, this show will always go on. Nothing will ever get boring or old. Each stage of life, you are also a different age as well with more wisdom. My podcast of different ages are like the different type of fashion items we all would like to have or try or we also use everyday. The type of show that is real and honest, and actually started from somewhere.

Roses bloom even after the harshest of storm, the rose would wether away and come back stronger than once before. Just like life, all of us build thrones to come back stronger like a rose. The colors were once lost, but now brighter than ever, Standing out and swinging bright, like our light was never taken away from us or dim because someone was jealous of us. We took every lesson by heart, and kept moving forward with life there was no ending in sight. Intro: Smile on Face, Like the sunshine is knowing whatever life throws at you, you are determined to never give up.
