The heat of a sunburn creates a tan glow, you wish this could be on repeat. No one knows how miserable life has been lately, between your health battles and personal battles. Finding your ray of sunshine can be hard to find, in the world that live in today. Life will bring you down, people will try to quiet you and you will be critiqued for everything that you do. Keep finding for that ray of sunshine, don't let anyone tell you differently. Keeping shining, keep using your voice, keep standing up for what is right and don't let nothing change you. Finding the ray of sunshine, is finding peace with yourself and the mistakes you made past and present. You have purpose and don't let nothing change that.

Walking into a fire era of standing up for myself, no more second chances either. The ruthless of truth about to be told, no more bottling everything up. I quietly carried everything and now I am releasing the weight off my shoulders . I will no longer allow anyone to walk all over me or think they can control me. I set my boundaries and I am not changing them. This life is walking into the salty era of standing up for myself. The era of fire of no regrets. Finally letting the past go, took forever to get here, but I finally cut all the ties that were attached to me.

Learning to heal from past experiences that will never go away, you just learn to be okay with it. Memories you would like to forget, and memories you would like to keep that always gets overshadowed. Healing from survival mode and many trauma experiences can take years. You may never fully heal, but you learn to be more gentle with yourself in the process.

Sailing out in the light blue ocean, with sunglasses on. There is no care in the world. With the good and the bad, you take it with a grain of salt. The ocean is your healing aid. With Caribbean music playing in the background. Everyday is summer to you. Life can be heavy at times, but you push through like the current continuing with life. Roses bloom even after the harshest of storm, the rose would wether away and come back stronger than once before. Just like life, all of us build thrones to come back stronger like a rose. The colors were once lost, but now brighter than ever, Standing out and swinging bright, like our light was never taken away from us or dim because someone was jealous of us. We took every lesson by heart, and kept moving forward with life there was no ending in sight. The storm can last for days, but after the storm passes, all the flowers come out to bloom, but the rose will always stand out the most. ...

After taking time to heal and walk through the grief. You finally do find the words you needed to say. It's an experience like no other. My model show, which each podcast is the runway through each moment in my life. From the highs and lows, this show will always go on. Nothing will ever get boring or old. Each stage of life, you are also a different age as well with more wisdom. My podcast of different ages are like the different type of fashion items we all would like to have or try or we also use everyday. The type of show that is real and honest, and actually started from somewhere.

You’re not forgiving the other person, you are forgiving yourself and what you had to go through. “US” plus “FLORIDA”, is place where I healed and found myself. Finally letting the past go, took forever to get here, but I finally cut all the ties that were attached to me. The only impression I am leaving is the one with back facing my past, while I am walking towards my future. My butterfly/flower tattoo has a new meaning. A dedication when my grandfather passed away, but now the flower represents my past and the butterfly wing represents the future that I am flying to. The flower has to bloom, to provide energy to the butterfly to move on with life. The spring is the strongest version of past, but more wiser. My future only has what I need to move ...
