Host, Dustin Gruss, is a speaker and coach for the family man who wants to lead by caring better for himself, first. Gruss and his wife of over 7 years are on a family journey they wouldn't have imagined- one that includes infertility, grief, foster care to adoption and now parenting two toddlers as a multi-racial family.
