Little Wisdom is an experiential take on social issues like Mental Health and Addiction. The host blends his knowledge of Indigenous wisdom teachings and spirituality with modern experiences, sharing stories of his recovery, and his illness, and the lessons that came during. Little Wisdom is about the sharing of personal stories and the little wisdoms we receive as we journey through life. All are allowed the opportunity to be a part of an episode and share their individual little wisdom.
