Raise your hand if you are tired of always playing it safe! As a “good girl” raised in the Bible Belt by a middle child mother and an engineer father, I was taught in no uncertain terms to keep the peace and make practical decisions. As a 50-year-old woman who manages multiple teams and tasks, including stepping on stage to talk about leadership, I’m done! I’ve tipped the boat over and am perpetually swimming to new and exciting destinations. Rock the damn boat and swim with me!
