The 6th episode of "At the bar with Yo Adrian" featuring former Long Bay Jail correctional complex inmate turned Prison Chaplaincy team member Don "The Duck" Sweetman. This podcast discusses his troubled upbringing, his struggles with drugs and alcohol as a young man which led to jail time before his search for redemption and his creation of the Freedom Food Bank where he distributes and feeds the poor of Sydney. His random acts of charity would have him described as a modern day Robin Hood but these days he doesn't illegally steal from the rich to give to the poor.
