اعتادت "ميّ" النزول إلى ميدان رابعة يوميًا لكنَّ الأمن ضيَّق الخناق على المعتصمين هذه المرّة وحاصرهم مما دفعها للاتصال ب"عمر" لإنقاذها وهناك يتمّ القبض عليه بعد أن يفشل في إنقاذ "مي" من أيدي القنّاصة ليتولى معه التحقيق ضابطٌ غليظ القلب يتفنّن بتعذيبه ويخبره بأنّه هو من قتل حبيبته أثناء فضّ الاعتصام. في تلك الأثناء يظهر شخصٌ يُدعى "لو" ويُساعد عمَر في الهرب من السجن ويُعطيه عنوان الضابط الذي عذبه وقتل صديقته ليتخلَص منه، لكنّه يفشل في ذلك ويعرِّض نفسه للاعتقال مرةً أخرى لولا مساعدة "لو" له وقيامه باختطاف الضابط وتقديمه ل"عمر "على طبقٍ من ذهب.
