بعد رحلة طويلة من الوحدة والشقاء، يستقبل "قاسم" دعوة خاصة من السيد "مراد آزاد" للبقاء في قصره المهيب لمدة عام. يشترط عليه "صاحب القصر أن يقوم بتدوين بعض الأحداث الخاصَّة التي دارت في قصره، وفي المقابل سوف يمنحه شيئًا لا يمكن لإنسانٍ رفضُه، فيقبل قاسم تلك الدعوة المريبة؛ لتبدأ سلسلة من الأحداث المثيرة والغريبة داخل القصر.
