Radio Kuckuck hat große Probleme: Wenn sich kein Ersatz für Pauly, der mit seinen Eltern Urlaub machen muss, findet, fällt das Sommerprogramm ins Wasser und die Sendezeit an Eddy Müller-Scherzer. Als er, weil Pauly sich verplappert, von einem geplanten Star-Interview bei Radio Kuckuck erfährt, startet er ein raffiniertes Täuschungsmanöver, um das Team von Radio Kuckuck endlich mal zu blamieren. Es sieht ganz so aus, als hätte er Erfolg mit seinem gemeinen Plan, aber wer zuletzt lacht.

Radio Kuckuck plant eine Überraschungssendung mit dem Torwart Niki Starosta. Da heißt's erst mal ins Stadion reinzukommen. Mit einem Trick kommen die Freunde ans Ziel. Eddy Müller-Scherzer, der Niki für TV 001 interviewen soll, hat weniger Glück: Erst verliert er seine Hose und dann auch noch völlig die Nerven.

Da Radio Kuckuck dringend einen Knüller fürs Programm braucht, setzt unser Team alles daran, Eddy zuvorzukommen, was ihnen - trotz etlicher Pannen - mit einem Trick schließlich auch gelingt. Das Programm ist gerettet und Eddy schaut mal wieder in die Röhre.
