Shortly after the turn of the century, my wife, Terry, and I moved to the mountains of Colorado. Shortly after that, I wrote this humorous story about our lives and how my hero wife lived in spite of the debilitating illness of MCS - multiple chemical sensitivity. For one thing, I’m a meat minimalist or a virtual vegetarian. I think that most people in the US, Europe, and other developed countries eat too much meat. It’s not good for us. It’s not good for the environment. And it’s certainly not good for the animals who get eaten. Did they have a choice in the matter? But I’m not here to shove my point of view down your throat; or anything else for that matter.
