The steel mills are in decay and work is tenuous. Eleanor and Josh have accepted an opportunity for an interview, the last for four with a power plant in Texas. But there is a problem at the plant that no one confesses to, leaving the Bats mutated and used as lab specimens. The project is called the EchoLocation Project.
