Croire en soi, s'aimer soi-même, avoir confiance en soi, autant de facettes d'une des dimensions fondamentales de notre personnalité : l'estime de soi. Avoir des difficultés à communiquer, se sentir mal dans sa peau : bien des tracas quotidiens s'expliquent par une mauvaise estime de soi. Pour autant, rien n'est irrémédiable. Comment se construit l'estime de soi et comment se développe-t-elle ? Quels sont les grands problèmes ? Comment évaluer son estime de soi ? Et, surtout, que faire ?
