In Tao, Osho takes listeners on an adventure into the world of Lao Tzu, Chuang Tzu, Lieh Tzu, Ko Hsuan - the world of Taoism, one of the four major traditions of China. Simply relax and be whatsoever you are - and awareness will come by itself.

Man has come of age, and does not need old, superstitious religions which are not relevant to contemporary people anymore. Yet, religious establishments try everything to revive and keep these religions alive on artificial life support—we see fundamentalist movements reborn all over the world. People do realize that religion is an empty box. Today's times need a more scientific approach for exploring our inner beings. That will be possible only if we get rid of our old habits.

He says, meditation and consciousness give opportunities to change the direction of these relationships and therefore the whole of humanity. Parents respecting their children, rather than seeing them as property, is a key point.

To follow any kind of leader is an intrinsically fascist concept—introduced to us by religions and conditioning. People want to be free, yet they are looking for a leader to provide that freedom, keeping themselves bound in a subtle slavery. Osho encourages us to have the guts to create our own path. To walk it and create it at the same time. This talk is a deep analysis of the human mind, its conditioning and the understanding needed to be free from the obstacles preventing its freedom.
