Restore and Relax is a 60-minute guided restorative yoga session, created specifically to induce a state of deep relaxation whilst releasing stored tension. The session contains a body scan and a series of effective held postures to help identify and remove areas of tension. Restore and Relax will provide the body and mind with the time and space to rest, recharge, recover and rejuvenate.
